Workout Motivation

Many of us are looking for ways to stay motivated while we are on our fitness journeys or lifestyle modifications, everyone's path is as Younique as they are however the one thing that connects us all is our desire to stay motivated. When I am searching for motivation my two helpful tools are to use mantra and Instagram, my current mantra is "trust the process" this resonates with me because actively pursuing a fitness lifestyle is a process it takes dedication, time, and trust.

I find Instagram to be a very useful tool in discovering  motivation especially if you are a visual person like me. On Instagram you can utilize the hashtag feature to find accounts that will inspire and motivate you, some popular hashtags are #fitness #fitfood and #fitfam try these hashtags out when exploring Instagram and I'm sure that you will find some people that can motivate and inspire you.
