The Low down:
Breakfast: Protein Bar, 1 shot of L Carnatine, Water
Lunch: 6 oz Chicken Breast, Side Bar B Q Sauce to dip ( I cant eat plain Chicken I get grossed out), 2 cups raw spinach, 5 large Green Greek Olives, 6 baby carrots, Low Fat Cheese Stick, Smart Water.
1 Turbo Tea
1 New Whey Protein Shooter 45 grams of Protein (Pre Workout on the drive home)
L- Carnatine Shot
Dinner-Skipping
Workout- 45 minutes on Spin bike, 100 roman ball sit ups, 100 sumo squats, 100 reverse leg raises.
Music is my motivation!!!!!! Tonight I got through my workout by listening to The Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Mickey Avalon.
