90 days of Booty Blasting!

So today is my 10th day on my 90 days of Booty Blasting Cardio Challenge! I am already seeing results. My main goal for this 90 day challenge is to be accountable for completing at least 30 minutes of cardio every day, along with a designated resistance training or abdominal workout.

I have always enjoyed lifting and being active but for some reason when I get stressed and overwhelmed with life I do just the opposite of what I know is best for me as far as getting my workouts in and eating right. I have always been an emotional eater for as long as I can remember, the crazy thing for me is I know everything to do to get my body in to shape. I have transformed my body in a major way after I had my son in 2005 so I am on a Bootay Blasting mission!

In 80 days from now my goal is to be a stronger, leaner version of myself. I have started taking some new supplements which I am finding helpful. I take L Carnatine for metabolism and L-GLutamine for recovery and I find both of the supplements to really work. I have a pic of where I was before and when I was training and teaching my Bikini Boot Camps three days a week and this time I plan to look better then that!
