Quick and easy Fall inspired soup

Today is just a beautiful and colorful Fall day in Tennessee, I am feeling a little under the weather so instead of making the normal chicken soup I wanted to make something that had a lot of heat and what I came up with was this quick and easy hearty Fall soup inspired by the colors of Fall.

Total prep time 5 min
Total cook time 15 min

Start with 1 package of Pacifica organic roasted red pepper soup for your base

add....

1 can organic white beans
1 can organic black beans
1 can organic garbanzo beans
1 can sliced nacho jalapenos
1 cilantro to taste ( I use the Organic squeeze tubes)
1/2 jar organic salsa of your choice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cups Mexican rice
to taste: cayenne pepper, red pepper flake, paprika in my case Lot's of these ingredients I like it SPICY!

All of the beautiful colors of Fall in one soup!

garnish with organic blue corn tortilla chips, fresh shaved carrot, avocado, shredded cheese, or sour cream.
Happy Fall from my front yard to yours!
