yummy Napa Cabbage stir fry

This is a super quick, healthy veggie stir fry. This dish can be prepared raw or cooked, because of my thyroid I can not eat raw cabbage so I went with cooked.

Prep time 5 minutes
cook time 7-10 minutes on medium heat depending on your texture preference

ingredients:

1 head of napa cabbage
1 large red bell pepper sliced
1 medium red onion chopped
3 carrot sticks sliced
3 celery sticks sliced
sesame seed oil
chili flakes
low sodium soy sauce or Bragg's
sesame seeds
bean sprouts

Start by infusing 1 quarter of a cup of sesame oil with as much chili flake as you desire, I like mine hot.
The infusion should take about 3 minutes.

Next add chopped onion allow the onion to cook down with the infused oil for about 3 minutes

Then add cabbage, red bell pepper, celery, and carrots, cook the veggies for about 7 minutes then add soy sauce to your desired flavor I go with about 4 tablespoons. Garnish the dish with sesame seeds and fresh bean sprouts. This dish is lovely, full of fiber and very filling.

Morgan's easy all natural at home facial

Morgan's easy at home all natural spa facial

What you will need:

1 mixing bowl
1fork
1 egg
1 tbs sugar in the raw
2 tbs olive oil
2 fresh orange slices
1 wash cloth
1 gentle cleanser creamy if you are dry skin type and gel if you are oily/combo
1 ice cube
1 facial head band or cut off Tee shirt sleeve

Time:

approximately 20 minutes

Step 1 Start by cleansing your skin with your gentle cleanser and a wash cloth with hot water to open your pores.

First add sugar and olive oil in a small pool in the palm of your hand use more sugar if your skin can handle more exfoliation, start by gently massaging the sugar and olive oil in a circular upward motion for
approximately 2-5 minutes. If any redness occurs stop the massaging action.

Step 2 rinse off sugar and olive oil with a warm wash cloth

Step 3 gently stroke the skin with fresh orange slices, leave the orange juice on your skin for up to 5 minutes to allow the fruit enzymes time to exfoliate the skin.

Step 4 take whole egg and separate egg white, beat egg white in small mixing bowl. Add egg white with your finger tips directly on your cheek area working in a circular massaging motion towards your forehead and down to the chin and neck area. Allow egg white to dry, you will know it's dry when your face is tight.
Step 5 remove egg white with warm water and a small amount of your gentle cleanser.

Step 6 close pores off with an ice cube

step 7 apply a small pea sized amount of olive oil to hydrate the skin

Tip: When applying egg whit lean over the sink.

I hope that you enjoy this all natural replenishing facial as much as I do! Let me know how it works with your skin type. I enjoy your feedback and skin care questions.

With Energy,
Morgan Shea
